Missing: Jaxsen Swain, 15, of Colwood, B.C.

The West Shore RCMP are asking for public assistance in finding missing 15-year-old Jaxsen Swain.

The Colwood, B.C. teenager was reported missing on May 18 and was last seen on May 17 at 11:30 p.m. near the 300 block of Wale Road in his hometown.

Police believe he may be travelling between Alberta, B.C., and Saskatchewan and are concerned for his health and well-being.

Since he disappeared, authorities have followed up on multiple leads and possible sightings, but Swain remains missing.
